Refund Policy

Cook one thing out of it. If the book isn't what you hoped, you get every dollar back.

Seven days

You have seven days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund. Send one email to hello@vernasizemore.shop from the address you used to buy. You do not have to explain yourself, fill in a form or return anything.

And you keep the file

We do not ask you to delete the book or prove that you have. It stays on your device either way. That is deliberate.

How the money comes back

The refund goes back to the same card or account you paid with. We start it within two business days of your email. How quickly it appears is up to your bank — usually a few days, occasionally up to ten.

If something went wrong with delivery

If the files never arrived or will not open, write to us before asking for a refund. In most cases it is a mail filter and we can put it right in a few minutes.

After seven days

The guarantee runs out at seven days. If something has genuinely gone wrong after that, write to us anyway and tell us what happened. We would rather sort it out than argue about a date.
